Therapy Focus has three separate divisions:
- Children and Youth Services delivers services under contract with Disability Services Commission for School Age Intervention, Early Childhood Intervention and the Community Aids Equipment Program. It also provides services to meet the needs of other non Disability Services Commission contract clients, such as compensable clients and post hospitalisation clients.
- Community and Corporate Development aims to develop relationships with the community and corporate sectors to advocate and promote the inclusion and participation of children with disabilities or learning disadvantage and enhance our service delivery. In addition the focus of the Division is on raising funds through donations, sponsorships and partnerships to support our Help a Child Grow Fund.
This division includes The Complete Advantage private services which aims to achieve surplus income streams to support children with disability or learning disadvantage and to contribute to the Help a Child Grow Fund.
- Corporate Services delivers efficient quality support services for less than 10% of the total organisational budget. The ongoing infrastructure and accommodation requirements of all Divisions are planned, monitored and maintained by the staff of the Corporate Services Division.
